Q:
Hey do you have a kids menu?
A:
When we went they had a kids menu if you asked (it wasn't on the written menu). They offered kids' French toast, kids egg and bacon, and a few lunch options.

The service was impeccable as our server, Matt, was prompt, friendly, and provided terrific suggestions on the menu. Our party of three picked from the suggested food items to taste and Matt's suggestions were spot on! The Bananas Foster French Toast might be the best I have had! The host fired up a heater on the patio due to a chilly morning which provided a wonderful dinning experience. Highly recommend for breakfast/brunch.

On our last day in Savannah, Georgia, we were determined to find the best brunch place before heading back to Jacksonville. Luckily, we stumbled upon The Collins Quarter restaurant, and it turned out to be an amazing gem that exceeded all our expectations.
One of the highlights of our visit was the Vietnamese coffee they served. I had been craving it for the past two days, and it did not disappoint. The rich and bold flavors of the coffee were a perfect pick-me-up to start the day.
We also tried their coconut Chia pudding, and it was absolutely amazing. The combination of creamy coconut and the delightful texture of Chia seeds created a unique and wonderful taste experience. We couldn't get enough of it!
To add to the brunch experience, my girlfriend ordered a mimosa, and she had a blast. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The inside of the restaurant had a wonderful ambiance, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
We are already looking forward to our next visit to Savannah, just so we can come back to The Collins Quarter restaurant. It truly left a lasting impression on us, and we can't wait to explore more of their menu offerings. If you're in Savannah, make sure to pay them a visit and indulge in their incredible brunch options. You won't be disappointed!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 25, 2024
Love the ambiance on a beautiful corner in Savannah, with indoor and outdoor seating. Tyler was a wonderful server, personable and knowledgeable!
The hubs ordered the swine time beni, which he loved! Super delicious flavors and textures. "How can you lose with pork on pork?" He declares. Brilliant.
I had the bubble and squeak just because the name was irresistible. I enjoyed the flavors and textures, but there was something missing. The potato cake wasn't hot, which may have made a difference. I enjoyed the creamed corn. The portobello maybe should have been marinated.
This is a fantastic restaurant with a strong menu!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 14, 2024
We sat here outside and had drinks . Sitting outside I give 5 . The service was ok , I'll give it a 3 . The waitress said the wine was from France, but it was from Washington.
My lemon lavender tested all like lemon drop . We didn't have food, but it does look really good. I would try it next time.
Such a quaint place.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 21, 2024Updated review
Giovanni gave us awesome service at Collins Quarter in Savannah. Strawberry mimosas were delish and I loved the Mint &Feta toast w smoked salmon. The ambiance is bright and lively and very clean. Love that Savannah repurposes the older buildings.

Stopped into the Downtown location for brunch during the week while in Savannah for fun. They have two locations and their menus are different between the two. We opted to sit inside however they have several tables outside as well with umbrellas. The inside was very nice and lively. Our waitress was very kind and helped give us great recommendations. I opted for the Swine Time beni which was the perfect combo of savory & sweet. It was delicious and I ate every bite. My fiancé got the short rib dish with a side of hashbrowns. He enjoyed his meal but I liked mine more. We also each got cold brews which were tasty and a bondi beach mimosa which was the perfect brunch cocktail. If I lived in Savannah, I'd brunch here often.

After finishing a morning walking tour, we were hungry! I originally wanted Indian food, but it didn't have good outside seating, so we were looking for other options. Luckily, a local overheard us, and we got to chatting. She recommended Collins Quarter, and I'm so glad!
We were seated on a corner outdoor table, which was perfect for the stroller and my sister who wanted sun, and I wanted shade. Shortly after sitting down, my daughter fell through the opening of the patio chair.
Note: I do not recommend letting children sit on those chairs by themselves. She's a tall 2 year old and still fell through the back and got hurt.
Our waiter, Giovanni, who I didn't know saw it happen, returned with a bag of ice and a cloth, water with a lid, and a bowl of berries with whip cream. I had actually gone to the host to ask for ice and came back to the table to all of this. Thanks to his quick attention and sweet offering of the berries, my daughter was feeling better.
After some time getting settled, we got to ordering. My sisters loved their peach and mango mimosas, and I really enjoyed my decaf cappuccino. They have great froth, which is my favorite part of a cappuccino!
The bubble n squeak was fantastic. Giovanni recommended I order it with a side of shrimp, and just like he said, it worked very well together. The whole dish was complementary to each other in taste and texture. The crunch from the potato cake with the creamy corn and portobello mushroom. Ah, chef's kiss. The poached egg was a touch more cooked than I thought (gooey center but not runny) but still delicious. I also loved the heat from the pepper on the side and the radishes. Fun fact: the first crop to actually grow in Savannah was radishes (learned from our walking tour), so that was a fun addition. The shrimp were perfectly seasoned. My sisters black bean burger was yummy, and the fries were even better. Crunchy and umami flavor.
This restaurant is a major win and I highly recommend you visit. Even better is if Giovanni is there. He was thoughtful, diligent, kind, and the best waiter. You will receive a kind smile and excellent service from him. Kudos to Giovanni.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Patricia Z.Staten Island, Staten Island, NY41194380Apr 24, 20241 check-in
First time here. Found it off of TikTok. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Our server was a sweetheart. Food is delicious and fresh. Decor is like a cozy living room. The salmon was so fresh. I would definitely go back.

Collin's Quarter is the place to go to for brunch, apparently. So much so that they don't take reservations for brunch, so get here early, folks, if you want to snag a spot. It is a very popular restaurant for the first meal of the day.
Collin's Quarter has two locations in Savannah, with this one being in the historic district, walking distance to many other businesses. It's not the largest of restaurants, which is why this place fills up quickly. However, the amount of staff working here during brunch is plentiful, as they turn tables very quickly. Therefore, if you want to wait in line, they do a great job at trying to get you in ASAP.
I ordered the salmon benedict, which was solid. I love salmon and this one was good, yet just a tad overcooked. The hollandaise sauce, which I generally love, was also surprisingly on the blander side. Hot sauce helped add some flavor to this dish. I loved the broccolini that came with, especially since it's such a great pairing with salmon. Yums! I would be interested to try something else if I came back as the brunch menu features a good variety of different dishes. The coffee here is legit though. I had a Vietnamese iced coffee and it was strong, which I love.
Overall, Collin's is a good place for brunch. Patio seating is offered where it's dog friendly and they do have a full bar where you can sit at the bar counter. They also have a to-go window for drinks. Glad to have checked out a spot that's enjoyed by many.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
